Conditions for Returns:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Process:

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide a return authorization and instructions.

Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-21 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. Photos may be required for verification.
